Information for consumers purchasing digital content
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
How to exercise the right

You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no reimbursement fee will be charged.
Early expiry for digital content
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance begins if the consumer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, has acknowledged that this causes the right of withdrawal to expire, and has received the required contract confirmation. KeyFlow is made available immediately after successful payment only after this consent and acknowledgement have been given.
